RFE: on logout set login params, or have switch user

Description
On logout, the login dialog is empty. It might make sense to pass the exist login values to the dialog so that they can be set, especially the current server. This is useful when the user is logging on in order to change user (and is no worse than having all empty values).
Alternatively, having a switch user like dialog would work (cF. insight)
