Enable deletion of (hanging/zombie) ScriptJobs

Description

If a major server problem occurs during execution of a script (e.g. the server is restarted, or the computer crashes) a script job may be left, and there is no apparent way to delete it.

omero script jobs list the currently running jobs, but does not allow cancellation/deletion, nor does omero delete /Job:id.

  1. Launch a server-side OMERO.script (command line or Insight) which us expected to run for a few minutes
  2. omero script jobs will list it
  3. omero admin restart
  4. omero script jobs will still list the job, several hours after it would have finished.
