Description

Now that most server-side code has been converted to logback the configuration can take advantage of the more flexible configuration files.

This addresses the bullet point of: ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1006#issuecomment-16226003

  • Split indexer and pixeldata logging files (RFE)

The conditional and file inclusion options may allow a single configuration file to be used, see: ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1006#issuecomment-16226807
