Description
Email sent out to the reporter of the feedback has the URL of the old QA system. It has caused issues for users trying to follow the link, then receiving stacktraces trying to log in (due to DB version mismatches by the look of things) - e.g. https://www.openmicroscopy.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4934
Example of the email sent out to the reporter of the feedback:
Hi OMERO user!
Thank you for your feedback. Please follow the status of the feedback on: http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/feedback/6650/?token=73d85284c411b9b17a75185f991b774a
Following that link and attempting to log in reproduces the symptoms described by forum user pkMyt1 in the above linked forum post.

Is there a PR for this or is it a configuration issue?

The same as #10825, although I changed the way full urls are generated in https://github.com/aleksandra-tarkowska/qa/commit/4b4fbe9bd6757c7d1ec0dd1e548ede307fad3e81
The above problem is caused by the second instance of OMERO.qa application called qa2. After the modification in the source code there are two instances run on the following domains:
Both of them are talking to the same database.
The whole cycle of sending feedback is going through the following way:
There is also a bug in the url generated on each feedback (2 x qa2 is not valid) Url https://www.o.org/qa2/qa2/qa/feedback/xxx/?token=yyy
That should be sorted with applying changes on to the application run on http://qa.o.org.uk/ because every version of the clients and servers ever released have had that link hard coded and we will lose many feedbacks.
