Description
Currently, OMERO.web allows a suer to visualize a ROI containing multiple shapes in different plane. However OMERO.insight cannot load such a ROI (as well as all the other ROIs attached to the Image).
Creating a ROI with multiple Shapes in different planes is beneficial in terms of analysis grouping (e.g. for a detection result) and upload times. However I am not sure how much effort would be required on the Insight front to support this case.
Mor generally, we should adopt a consistent policy for all our graphical clients so that the identical ROIs can be visualized by all of our clients.

This is a major change in insight since we stated before the work started that if we wanted multiple shapes from same ROI on the same plane, multiple ROIS will be created.
Donald wrote the tool according to what was agreed at the time.
