Description

A script was discussed in Paris which would allow a user to turn an original file which has already been uploaded to the server into a 4.x archived file for an image. Then once tools are in place to turn archived original files into proper FS filesets (in the cases where that's a safe thing to do), a user can even have proper FS filesets for images which originally did not have the "archived" flag set on import.
