RFE: OMERO.Insight - First Run ask Server Name

Description

I think it would be of immense value to have a dialogue box along the lines of 'Hi, thanks for downloading OMERO.insight, Please enter your OMERO server address' presented upon first run of OMERO.Insight.

The current default server name is 'localhost' - this will likely only apply to a minority of users.

Many new users at an institution won't be aware they need to change the server name if they are downloading Insight themselves. (Just happened within CLS)

I agree something needs to be done - I have also encountered this problem a number of times.

I am also unhappy with the poor usability of the server name and address - nightshade.openmicroscopy.org.uk leads to so many transcription errors and confusion.

All this adds just another set of totally unnecessary barriers for CLS users when starting to use OMERO.
