fs-upgrade Nightshade - No metadata in Acquisition pane

Description
Using OMERO.clients-5.0.0-beta2-RC3-ice35-b9.win on Windows 8
None of the images in the Project "DYRK1A_fragments" - all enclosed datasets - have any metadata at all in the Acquisition pane, only in the general pane.

Form the user
I had chance to check more of my data. When I connect on Nightshade (client 4.4.9), my recent data has the full metadata (companion file, original metadata etc) whereas the old data (among which the DYRK1A datasets) only has the "general" tab with some metadata (date, dimensions, pixel type/size etc).
I think I remember that sometimes the full information was missing in the past -- so this is probably not new, but just due to the old files.
