Update the Homebrew formulas and archive the 4.4.x formulas

Description
Once 5.0.0 is out, the omero.rb formula should point at the latest version, i.e. OMERO 5.0.x should be installable via
brew install omero
As we did for OMERO 4.3.x, the latest OMERO 4.4.x should be installable via
brew install omero44
Finally the new development branch (OMERO 5.1.0) should be installable using the --devel option
brew install omero --devel
Arguably the same should be done for the bioformats formula
