RFE: Clarify compression setting.

Description
In https://www.openmicroscopy.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7553 Damir wonders what Insight's compression setting is about. This raises two thoughts for me,
- Is modern computing fast enough that people will still notice a difference from changing this setting?
- Could there be a tooltip or somesuch that makes the setting's function more obvious?

it is about how much data we transfer, you will certainly notice a major difference when using a slow network e.g. from home.
