Bug: Leica LIF excitation wavelengths incorrectly recorded

See http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2015-March/005171.html and files being uploaded to leica-lif/niko/.

With 5.1.0-rc1, every other series in 6-2-15.lif has the correct ExcitationWavelength? values; the rest have the channel 0 wavelength set to 488.0 when it should be 405.0.
