Auto-truncate names in tree

Web auto-truncates image names only (not P/D/S/P).
Insight can toggle full name or truncated (fix length).
Ideally we want the auto-truncate behaviour to be applied everywhere by default.

The web behaviour for this is in truncateNames() at ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/blob/develop/components/tools/OmeroWeb/omeroweb/webclient/static/webclient/javascript/ome.webclient.actions.js#L420

Shouldn't be too hard to extend this to other containers in web. Maybe also add the same logic to Insight?
