Unlike web, Insight when the tickbox in the Delete workflow dialog about orphaned annotations is not ticked, preserves really ALL the annotations, also comments, ratings and Map Annotations. These three are nevertheless deleted by Web in the same workflow.

Suggestion: adjust Insight to Web.

Should this be done before #2999? There's rather less point in removing them all if we're just going to make more.

Moving this along side #2999 even though they are likely both to be pushed. J-m pointed out that having #2999 might actually unblock this work since we can see what's in the DB.
