As far as I can tell from the .ini files, these datasets are coming from this system:

http://physics.unifr.ch/en/page/557/

The TIFF files indicate that they were saved with ImageJ, but the correct dimension is not stored in the TIFFs, only in the .ini files (looks like 2C x 2T for most).
This shouldn't be too difficult, but may warrant a new reader.

Should be fairly straightforward as this is just INI + TIFF, both of which have widely-used parsers. This would be a good first format for anyone looking to add a new reader.
