BUG: Insight Drag and Drop with many items

I have also observed the problem. It occurs anytime when you try to drag and drop in a tree with many items (P/D/I) in it - many being just 30-40, basically enough so that you have to use the scrollbar. Then virtually every D and D action fails because the scrollbar "jumps" unexpectedly.

Fixed by: https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3977 (for Windows platforms)
For OSX/Unix it's at least an improvement, but there the drag&drop autoscroll behaviour is still quite dodgy (JDK bug).
