Description
This animated gif looks okay through T in ImageJ with Bio-Formats 5.1.2.
In OMERO 5.1.2 it's strangely rendered.

This is an issue with Bio-Formats, though it takes a fairly specific test to reproduce. I see the same behavior as in OMERO using the following command:
showinf -range 3 3 Jul_09_2015_1556.gif
The important thing is that an image is being opened without all previous images having been opened by the same reader (as a result of https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/blob/develop/components/formats-bsd/src/loci/formats/in/GIFReader.java#L147).

Could confirm the problem. It's not an issue with Bioformats, and it affects Insight and Web; not sure if it is a client side problem or the RenderingService? on the server side.
