RFE: allow creation of ROIs from CLI

Description
At the moment components/blitz/generated/omero_model_RoiI.py has,
class RoiI(_omero_model.Roi):
...
shapes=_field_info_data(wrapper=omero.proxy_to_instance, nullable=False),
so ROIs need shapes, then the shapes have,
roi=_field_info_data(wrapper=omero.proxy_to_instance, nullable=True),
but in http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero/developers/Model/EveryObject.html#shape Shape.roi is not optional. So, shapes need ROIs and ROIs need shapes.
This makes it impossible to create ROIs via bin/omero obj and it might be nice if we could.
