Description
I wanted to repport 2 issues that I have encountered with the trunk version of OMERO.importer.
1) It seems that when you select multiple file and click add, only a single file is added at a time.
2) WHen trying to import PerkinElmer? .flex file, I get errors for the parsing of the metadta. I have attached the log obtained with 2 Images used.

Mellisa,
This problem also occurs with OMERO.insight import.
I will attach the error log for this as well.
What I meant by select multiple file is that even with regular tiff files I get the same problem.
How can I go about loading the flex files other than selecting multiple ones?

Ghislain, I don't see anything in the insight log going wrong. The importer log shows several NPEs which I've listed on #1499. That may be causing the selection errors. What svn version is this?

Actually, I do appear to have issues loading any kind of images. I tried a JPEG image that I was able to import using beta4.0.3 and it fails as well. I have attached the error log for this as well.

Importer Error log to import simple JPEG image, which worked under beta4.0.3

It looks like your server and clients don't match. What server version are you using?

I think you are right. I had asked our IT guy to install from trunk but after talking with him, he said that he installed the release build of Beta4.0.3.
Sorry for this.

- Resolution set to fixed
- Status changed from new to closed
Was able to import these files. Marking this as resolved based on Ghislain's additional comments.
We'll look into the Flex file, but can you tell us which multiple files you are clicking on? If they belong to the same logical import; then they will get grouped together. Could that be happening?
