ApiConstraintChecker fails when applied to Beans.

Description
The changes made for #174 apply the ApiConstraintChecker? to the EJB beans rather than the server/src/ome/logic implementations. The Beans, however, are not annotated.
Rather than duplicating the annotations, we're moving them to the interfaces (since we're now Java5.)
Also adding generics where possible.

Fixing NPE with r743.
(couldn't reproduce, but a null could be returned from findMethod)
