All asynchronous actions which fail currently log an ERROR message to log4j or Python logging. These and other events should also be redirected to a notification service which is visible to administrators on login as well as to users who submitted such a task (e.g. scripting).

Usage

Login
Submit a script
Logout
Script fails with "cannot find 'mencoder'"
Login, see error message
