Extensions to "user data" landing page

Description
In order to support better public URL landing points for data, the "user data" page should support configuration of the following items:
- Experimenter (already in place via "experimenter" URL query string variables)
- Target project, dataset and image (to be expanded in tree)
- Make a URL functionality of the current display a la Google Maps
