Web Site Feature Icon changes

Movie maker - The new icon is used in Insight.
Annotate - The new icon uses a red note pad and is used on the posters, and clients.
Attach - The new icon is used in posters and in clients. The paper clip is blue with sharper edges.
The consistent use of arrows to show import and export of information. The standard is:
- up to indicate up for import of information.
- down to indicate export of information.
The icon directly effected by this is the importer, as it is inconsistent with the icons reviewed so far.

- Changes made to icons on website.
- Icon for Importer will need changed in application by Brian. I did not the make the icons so do not have a version with separate layers, only a small png so cannot easily rotate the arrow. Can rework icon if no one else has a better starting point.

The importer icon is correct (an up arrow for 'upload' to server). Version in insight and omero poster needs to be changed.
