BF writing TIFF using Big tiff flag

Add writing tests using big tiff flag.

Fix problem related to IFD. so far only full image with no compression and bigtiff = true is OK.
Problem now in parser. Changing remaining time

Problem: not all the IFD tags are written, many tags missing e.g. STRIP_BYTE_COUNTS.

tests written..... and not passing!!!!

loci.formats.FormatException: No IFDs found
	at loci.formats.in.MinimalTiffReader.initFile(MinimalTiffReader.java:372)
	at loci.formats.in.BaseTiffReader.initFile(BaseTiffReader.java:493)

I will dig into it.

Manage to fix the previous problem i.e. No IFDs found, facing now other problems.
