Make "Plugins > OME > Download from OME or OMERO" actually really finally work

Description
Right now, it gives the cryptic message:
Sorry, there has been an internal error: unknown data source
This is coming from loci.plugins.in.ImportProcess:610. ImportProcess? is currently not set up to even think about trying to call the OME/OMERO plugin in the ome-plugins component.
Quite simply, it's time to make this work. It's really incredibly embarrassing to have to say that it doesn't work, especially when so much of the code is already there.
