Description
Having the mimetype and/or namespace is not enough to determine the nature of the original file.
It is key to indicate the type of file we have to deal with b/c the service used to load the data is different i.e. table or just an word document.
Decision needs to be made asap.

It is not related/limited to HIC. I was thinking more of a way to handle normal files or tables. In both cases the mime-type or namespace can be the same but the way to load and handle is very different.

if we are smarter in the way we set the mimetype, we could determine which type of files we are dealing with.
