E-mail notification when adding to group

When a user is added to a group (OMERO), the user should be notified by e-mail.
Monash uses LDAP.

Removed the example of adding group from 5.1.0 in https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3652/files
It should still be possible to receive notification of:
- new users
- new groupusermaps (i.e. "user put into a group")
just not "new group"
