Description
The Make_Movie script has new OriginalFile? parameters (jpeg or png) to add Intro_Slide, Ending_Slide and Watermark. See #8380.
Also users can choose Intro_Duration and Ending_Duration in secs.
These parameters need to be supported in Insight. The client could allow users to choose existing Original Files (via File Annotations?) or to upload local files (Make_Movie UI would create Original File and pass this to the script).

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
This is probably a place where it would also make sense to allow the user to choose a png/jpg file from the local file system, but for that we may need either a temporary repository which gets cleaned up on session exit or a local repository so that the server can access a users own files.
