Add documentation about the OME-TIFF export functionality

Description
Testing OME-TIFF export from Insight, the export process works but is not complete as some metadata is missing when re-importing the OME-TIFF file.
Following #8265, to improve the export/downgrade help we should also provide documentation for the metadata which is not exported into the OME-TIFF file.
