Scrum Team
The Scrum Team is the union of the Scrum Master, the Product Owner and the Development Team that work together on a specific Product, or Subsystem, normally identified by a Product Backlog.
Development Team
Is one of the three fundamental roles in the Scrum Framework, the Development Team is a cross-functional and self-organizing unit, composed of 5 to 9 members. The Team Members have different skills and expertise, and normally include all the discipline needed to build a full functional increment of the Product and make it potentially shippable.
