I would like to demonstrate improvement we have made in OMERO 4.3.2 to the way I can browse high content screening data in webclient.

In OMERO, plate can be arranged in Screens - a top level container as well as exist independently. When Plate is imported I can specify which screen is imported in to. 

In the tree panel select a plate, this plate has multiple plate acquisitions. While I browse the plate all the thumbnails are loaded for particular well sample. I can simple switch between them by select menu here.

When I click on the image I can see general and acquisition metadata associated with well. If I double click on this images it will open the image viewer window. It is also possible to open multiple image viewers and compare them next to each other.

I can also select multiple images by using Shift select, individual images or by dragging a range of images in the central panel. Then I can use batch annotation option to annotate entire column at once or I run script, for example batch image export.
