Cli: usage statistics per plugin

Description
It would be beneficial to know the plugin used for each call to UpgradeCheck. This could be included as a separate parameter. Usage of other commands during a subcommand would not be recorded, but that is fine. That would amount to recording which specific command was called on the CLI.
