Bug: Lost group by changing group permission

Description

As the administrator I added a new group with the permission of the group set to private. It was then decided that the lab groups could be made collaborative. So I changed the group permission setting to collaborative. However, when I log into OMERO I cannot see the group that was changed from private permission to collaborative. There is only one person in the group me, and I am down as the group owner.
See screenshot attached.
Testing with insight 4.4.5.
