Channel Name edit

Description
This has been requested a number of times, most recently in Leuven training.
Need to allow editing of channel names, since the names assigned in Acquisition metadata are often meaningless.
Need to support batch re-naming (all images in Dataset, same as Rendering settings).
Will do this in Web, then Insight.

Will: 2 minor things for Web to add to Channel edit:
- As discussed today, the edit button should be hidden when in edit mode (Similar to name/description editing)
- Just noticed that the doc was not updated in omero/gateway/init.py i.e.
@param data_type: 'Image', 'Dataset' @param ids: Image or Dataset IDs
No mention of plate.

Channel edit implemented in insight see https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/600.
Also implemented in the PR, synchronization of other UI components (see #10163)
Passing back to Will to fix the 2 comments reported previously.

Another point reported by gus: updated in insight .
To do in web
With the message: "Update channel names for all Images in the Dataset? This cannot be undone." "Images" should be "images" and "Save" button would be better as "Continue".
