BUG: IE8 Web admin users list malformed

Description

In IE8, logged in as admin going to admin tab, to Users - the list of users - there are no spaces between user numbers and names (in some cases), also with "normal name users" like John Smith.

This issue is not only related to IE. It is basically bad formatting.

Fixed in https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1705
