BUG: submenu in User/Group display

Description
Logged in as petr, group zpetr's test group on howe to reproduce.
In Insight, in the menu where you put groups/users to display, the submenu is not displayed correctly when there are many users in the group.
The display is fine when up to 55 users are in the list.
When many more users are added into the list (possibly over 100), the display of the users submenu does not fit into the screen, making it impossible to press the "Update" button.
