Description

Using the LOCI importer, I import a 3-channel 31-z stack (OIF). In the "import options" dialogue, I select both "autoscale" and "specify range for each series". If the range option is not selected, or the range option is selected with the range left at the full range of z planes, then the image is autoscaled on import. If the range option is selected and only a subset of the planes are selected, then autoscaling is skipped and scaled to the full bit depth.

This was seen with a 16-bit image with a 12-bit depth. See also
