Move the OME Model, OME-XML and OME-TIFF docs from plone to sphinx.

Pages are under:
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/file-formats

As part of this, update link under 'About Bio-Formats' to point at new OME data model docs (see #9835)

Initial work for this is on branch:

It compiles with warnings.

Some of the output, particular in PDF overflows the page.

Docs now live, PR to update links in OMERO docs is ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/ome-documentation/pull/329
BF docs PR will be sorted soon
Website front page links are sorted, as is the link from the Forums, the OME-TIFF link on the BF product page, and the 'using OME-XML' link on the licensing page.

Just FAQs and the Schema documentation pages still to fix but there are redirects in place for now anyway so nothing is actually broken.

FAQs now updated and PR submitted to fix BF docs (​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/453). Re-directs in place for Schema docs so not a priority to alter these. Closing as fixed.
