OMERO docs currently use different styles of mark-up and highlighting, for example for commands referenced in line in the text across different pages (these should be made consistent with http://sphinx-doc.org/markup/inline.html ETA: except we are ditching :command:) and for code highlighting.
Docs need to be reviewed for 4.5 to ensure style is consistent across all pages.
