Tag and remove Legacy XMLschemas Docs

Description
The files in the folder
/Legacy/XMLschemas/
Other than the .XSD schema files form HTML documentation for the files. Create a git tag for this docs so it can still be located if needed but remove it from the current branched. In the unlikely event that it is needed it can be access via the tag.
The .XSD file in this folder will be moved my another ticket.
Also check the files in:
/Xslt/internal
Can some of this be tagged as legacy and deleted from HEAD as well?
