Bug: Importer does not refresh thumbnails if /OMERO/Thumbnails changes

Description

If, for example, the content of /OMERO/Thumbnails changes, these changes are reflected in the Insight main window, but not in the thumbnails shown in the import dialogue. It would be a minor improvement for the thumbnails to refresh with the current thumbnail as this occured.

While this was spotted in the context of FS testing where the wrong thumbnails were used, it would also be useful for e.g. big image imports where thumbnails depend on pyramid creation (on dev_4_4).
