Web Rendering performance test

Description
In order to assess impact of FS, need to measure rendering performance.
Need a page in webtest where we can choose an image / images and render many different planes or rendering settings sequentially, with a report of time taken.
This can go into both dev_4_4 and develop, so the tests can be compared with/without FS.
