Sort user and group admin lists by default

Description

In the web client's Admin section when I first switch to a user or group list tab the rows appear to be unsorted. It might be nice to default to having them sorted by name, at least defaulting to some sort is certainly going to be more useful than none. (Especially as it's not obvious at a first viewing that the columns are even sortable at all.)
