incell/QA Images/KJH YFPPML 2000_A-101061_1.xdce
Thumbnails and opened images appear black.
Other images in the same directory look OK.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
That is expected, as we do not have any of the pixels files for "KJH YFPPML 2000_A-101061_1.xdce". The default for InCell? (and every other HCS format) is to have blank planes for any wells with missing pixels files.
