Review FAQs to
- remove unnecessary entries
- update trac links to point at relevant docs instead (fulfilling remaining issue under ticket #8920)
- create tickets for anything which really should be in sphinx docs but isn't

Reviewed OMERO section today and replaced remaining wiki links (were redirected anyway but still) and updated some text, especially to link to both Win & Unix pages in sysadmin docs.
I think we should decide on the time limit before just deleting all the FAQs which just say 'read this bit of the docs' - given the number of them, it is probably easier to find stuff in the docs these days than in the FAQs!
