Description
The slice files associated with img_slab001image001echo001.fdf located in the directory below
does not import successfully within FS, thumbnail generation and image viewing are therefore failing as well.

ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException? 32768 in Quantization_8_16_bit.buildLUT (line 272).
