Description

The only problem I have is when I save a file in Photoshop & preserve it's layers and

Then I get an Alpha channel in OMERO. When this channel is ON in Insight viewer, turning the other channels on/off has no effect.

In web I see all the channels mis-aligned in thumbs and image viewer. Also see this in Insight thumbs and initially in main viewer, but fixed by toggling channels.

Can't remember exact Photoshop settings to save this file (can't seem to save any more files that do this).

This is a reader bug, not specific to FS. Should have a fix shortly.

Fixed with ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/345 on dev_4_4, and will be rebased onto develop.
