Description

duplicate thumbnails after import.
The problem was noticed during the FS testing.
2 issues:

  • One in the thumbnail service itself see #10112
  • One in insight in the way the error is handled.

This ticket is for the insight problem
The problem could also happen on dev_4_4 but I have not been able to trigger it.
