Description
Currently 'release-clients' is missing a description. It would be good to check other targets too.

I don't think it's anywhere on trello (unless there is an OME-wide board I'm not aware of). This came up when trying to figure out how to build the Insight zip file and noticing that release-clients is missing a description. I think it would be good to look at all build targets across the board and update the descriptions.
