Description
I was importing only one file and was 1.5Gb into the upload, then I cancelled it. I was asked, Are you sure you want to cancel the import that have not yet started?, and clicked to confirm.
Except, I didn't have any imports that had not yet started, and it cancelled the import that had already started. I wonder if it's asking something more like, Are you sure you want to cancel the imports that have not yet finished?
(As an aside: In the FS world, I'm not sure what should happen then to imports that had been uploaded and are now in later stages of server-side processing!)

(In [770bcea0557e74a23551a438dd45b16d98dab37b/ome.git] on branch develop) Review when to pop up warning message (see #10289)
Currently it is not possible to cancel import that I have started. This will be different in FS.
So only option is to cancel the import that have not yet started.
