The -tilex and -tiley options control the tile size; if not specified,
the reader's getOptimalTile* values are still used. Overriding the tile
size forces tile-wise saving, even for non-big images.

This also includes some minor refactoring to reduce the size of
testConvert.

Moving to newly created demo sprint, though it's unclear if this will be a requirement for end of February.
